1. Agreement
By using this website (storytavernburbank.com) or visiting Story Tavern / The Ciderworks at 150 S San Fernando Blvd, Burbank, CA 91502, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the venue.
2. 21+ Only — Alcohol Service
Story Tavern and The Ciderworks are licensed by the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC). You must be at least 21 years old to be served alcohol on the premises. We reserve the right to require valid government-issued ID from any guest at any time.
- We do not serve guests who appear to be visibly intoxicated
- We do not serve minors under any circumstance
- We do not permit the consumption of outside alcohol on the premises
- Last call is 30 minutes before close on every operating night
3. Use of the Site
You may use this site for lawful personal purposes only. You may not:
- Copy, scrape, redistribute, or republish content without our written permission
- Interfere with the site's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Submit false or misleading information through any form
- Use the site to harass, threaten, or impersonate any person
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, design, and the Story Tavern and Ciderworks marks — is owned by us or licensed to us. The marks are protected by trademark law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
5. Bookings and Reservations
Private event bookings, large-party reservations, and Cider Club memberships are subject to availability and confirmation. Deposits, cancellation policies, and minimum spends are communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to circumstances outside our control.
6. House Conduct
We are a neighborhood pub, and we hold ourselves and our guests to that standard. Disrespectful behavior toward our team or other guests is grounds for removal. We reserve the right to refuse service for any lawful reason.
7. Allergies and Dietary Needs
Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. While we take precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens (gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, shellfish), and cross-contact is possible.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep menus, hours, and event details accurate, but they may change without notice. Menu prices and availability are confirmed at the time of order.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Story Tavern and The Ciderworks are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the venue.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
